Self-Pay Membership for $192 per year
The self-pay membership is great for patients who don't have insurance or have an insurance plan we do not accept.
This membership plan is $192 per year and members will be able to book live video visits for $60.
Insurance Membership for $96 per year
Patients with an insurance plan we accept are eligible for the insurance membership, and can choose from a list of in-network providers licensed in their state.
This membership plan is $96 per year and live video visits will be billed to their insurance directly. Patients will be responsible for any copay, coinsurance, or deductible charges once the insurance provider reviews the claim.
