Does Paloma treat hyperthyroidism?

No, we do not treat hyperthyroidism. We are currently only able to treat patients who have been formally diagnosed with hypothyroidism, as our physicians are not primary care providers and are not able to offer medication management for other conditions at this time.

Hyperthyroidism, we believe, is best treated through continuous monitoring of a patient's blood pressure and heart rate, which our remote care model cannot currently support.

Can I still test my thyroid function?

Patients with hyperthyroidism can still use our At-Home Test Kit to monitor their levels and share their results with their doctors. You can also consider adding our Daily Thyroid Care supplements to your wellness plan.
