Are live video visits covered by my insurance?
Consultations with Paloma Health providers may be covered by your insurance plan. You can use our cost calculator to check if we may be in-network with your specific plan.
What is the cost of an in-network visit?
We bill your insurance directly for network visits, so you will be responsible for your copay and any coinsurance or deductible charges once your insurance reviews your claim. While we don't collect anything at the time of service, your card will automatically be charged once insurance reviews your claim (this can take up to 6 weeks after your visit date).
Can I see a provider if I don't have insurance?
If you do not have insurance or if we are not currently in-network with your insurance plan, live video visits are just $60 (the same or less than most insurance copays). These discounted visits can not be submitted to an insurance plan for reimbursement as they are discounted for self-pay patients.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Paloma Health is not currently enrolled Medicaid plansat this time. If you have a Medicaid plan you will need to find a Medicaid provider to send your prescriptions and labs.
If you are clinically eligible, you can join the Paloma membership and pay $60 cash-pay for your live provider visits.
