How do I mail back my completed test kit?

Your test kit will contain a plastic mailing bag and a prepaid shipping label. As outlined in the enclosed instructions, please remember to write your name and collection date on your sample. If you fail to include this information, your sample may be rejected by the lab.

Simply place your sample into the provided biohazard bag and ensure it is sealed tightly. Place your sample back into the Paloma Health box and put the box inside the prepaid plastic mailer.

What service is used to mail my kit back?

Mail back your sample using a local USPS drop-box or your own mailbox. You may consider writing down your USPS tracking number or taking photo of the shipping label, just in case.

Will I be updated about my kit's status?

Return shipping to our partner labs typically takes 2-3 business days, and we will automatically notify you when your sample has been received by the lab. Once the lab receives your sample, processing takes 5 business days and we will notify you once your results have been released.
