When will my results be ready?

It takes the lab 5 business days for your sample to be tested and for your results to be released. Please note that if you ship your kit back over a weekend then it can take longer to reach the lab.

We will send an email notification when your results are ready to the email address you provided during registration and you can view them in your Paloma Health account.

When should I schedule my first visit?

If you are using our At-Home Test Kit for updated labs, we recommend scheduling your visit at least 3 weeks after your purchase date. This will give enough lead time for you to receive the kit, collect your sample, mail it off, and for the lab to process and release your biomarker values.
