How will I interact with my Paloma provider?

Telemedicine appointments with Paloma providers take place via live video visits. A mobile device or computer with a microphone and camera is required.

How do I enter my visit?

You may enter your provider's waiting room directly from the Paloma portal. Additionally, we will email you 15 minutes before your visit's start time with a link to enter the waiting room.

Don't forget to 'knock' when entering the waiting room to let your provider know you've arrived!
