Can I use my own pharmacy?

Yes, of course. We recognize patient freedom of choice and always allow patients to select their own preferred pharmacy.

How can I enter my preferred pharmacy?

In your Paloma portal, click on Your Care and select Preferred Pharmacy

What if my pharmacy doesn't show up?

If you prefer to have your prescription sent to a specific pharmacy that is not yet in our database, simply email us at contact@palomahealth.com and we'll be happy to help.

Please not that we cannot guarantee the price of medication at pharmacies, and that the price of your prescription is determined by your insurance plan.
