Paloma's Refill Policy

We are happy to provide a seamless way to manage your hypothyroid care. Paloma's Care Managers available by chat to help you get the care you need. That includes quick refills on your medication. 

How do refills work?

Our Care Managers follow your provider's recommendations on refilling medications and adhering to your treatment plan, including when you should test your thyroid function and return for a follow-up visit. One of Paloma's goals is to help take the burden of your care off your shoulders. We will send you reminders in your Care Manager chat in advance of when it is time to test your thyroid and schedule a follow-up visit in order to avoid any lapses in medication. We always recommend making arrangements to complete testing and scheduling your follow-up visits well in advance.

Can I request a short-term refill?

We know that life happens. If you ever need a short-term refill while you wait to see your Paloma provider or complete your testing, please let your care manager know. Once you schedule your follow-up visit and have a plan for your testing, your care manager may be able to coordinate a short-term refill of your medication to ensure you have continuity of care.
